As a foodie and a chef, I know that food is just one part of the experience.
In order to create a truly memorable occasion, every single element - every touchpoint - should feel thoughtful and intentional.
That’s why we prioritise a smooth and streamlined enquiry and booking process that has you saying ‘bon appetite’ before you know it.
The Booking

I’ll get back in touch for an initial chat, before sending you an email with questions regarding what sort of dining experience you are looking for.
This gives me an understanding of your vision, so that I can create a completely custom experience for you and your guests.
The Menu
From here, I’ll workshop three menus based on your preferences (with prices).
We can then work together to further customise your chosen menu to create something that is tailored just for you.
If you’re interested, we can also seek out the best matching wines, beers, spirits & cocktails to complement.
The Arrival & Set Up
I’ll arrive at your location with my waitstaff 2-3 hours prior to guests arriving to prepare and set up.
As a great way to make your event feel ultra-luxe, and your guests feel ultra special, we also offer table styling as an additional service for that final touch . This includes:

~ wine/champagne glasses
~ flowers
~ table cloth
~ placemats
~ napkins
~ napkin rings
The Cooking & Serving
This is where the magic happens! You can sit and relax or watch us in action, as we cook, plate and serve your custom menu to you and your guests.
I am passionate about sharing good food with people all over South Australia, and I’d love to share that passion with you.
If you want to hear about your menu, just ask me! I’ll be happy to talk through each dish when served, including the story behind the ingredients, and exactly what we do to perfectly balance each and every dish.
The Clean Up
Afterwards, we’ll clear the table, clean the kitchen, wash the dishes and leave your kitchen looking immaculate.
We do all of this so you can sit back, relax and enjoy being the perfect host.
